Walkers, Runners, and Cyclist join us at 6:30 PM for a fun family friendly walk, run or ride or head across the street to the Body Barre and take the 6:15 PM class.
Meet at Frenzy or The Body Barre to join up with our Frenz. Make sure to get your FREE door prize drawing and drink tickets from a Frenzy bartender before you start. After the workout each participant can enjoy a FREE Frenzy Cream Weaver or handcrafted soda on us.
