The Brew Flight of the Week at Broke Brewing Co.

We took a week off, but it’s time to come back at you with another flight of the week, this time with Broke Brewing Co. If you haven’t tried this brewery, you are missing out. The Taproom is fantastically built with beautiful wood covering the walls, intimate lighting, great seating, and a fantastic patio. The beer compliments the taproom completely and in true Broke fashion, you can get some broke food, like a cup of noodles, Lunchables, and several other Broke delicacies while you drink. Let’s get to the flight.

  1. Broke Blonde Blonde Ale – Coming in at 5% ABV with a light, crisp, and refreshing flavor, this Honey Blonde Ale is a perfect way to start a flight.
  2.  The Bockchain Bock –  Sitting at 5.6% ABV, this Bock is caramelly, malty, not too sweet, not too hoppy. As their menu says, it’s a perfectly balanced bock.
  3. Broke Brunette Brown Ale – English – Riding lovely at 5% ABV, it’s malty chocolaty caramely goodness in the best way possible.
  4. Dark Cascadian IPA – Easing in at 6.2% ABV, this Northwestern IPA has loads of Chinook Hops, and a touch of full dark grains for color. I can’t describe any better than they did with “Full bodied, fully hopped IPA just as dark as your soul!!”

So, you know the assignment, get to Broke Brewing Company and give The Brew Flight of the week a try. You won’t regret it. Have a cup o’ noodles while you’re there to remind yourself what being broke is all about.
