The Craving that won’t go away

Have you ever had one of those cravings that can only be satisfied by one thing and nothing else can touch it? In Oklahoma City, I have a few of those. It doesn’t have to be fancy, it just has to be delicious. For me, I find myself craving the spicy Butter Chicken from Tikka Craze. Tikka Craze is a fast and casual Pakistani/Indian restaurant with two locations, one in OKC off of 39th Expressway and one in Edmond off Bryant Ave. This is not a fancy place, it’s a quick in and out, perfect for lunch on a busy day, but would do for any true foodies lunch or dinner with their authentic flavors.

The menu is pretty simple with wraps, combos, entrees, and specials. This chicken heavy restaurant has Grilled, Tandoori, Seekh Kabab, Shami Kabab, Butter both sweet and spicy, curry, meatballs, biryani, and a lot of other special items. As stated before I am very fond of the Savory and a little spicy Butter Chicken and love getting it with the Chicken Biryani which is a perfect flavor combination. As with any good Pakistani/Indian cuisine, the vegetables are unique and tasty. The Spinach potato is creamy and decadent with just a little bit of spice (well for me, it was just a little bit). They also have amazing lentils and chickpeas that go amazingly with any of their dishes or on their own for the non-meat-eaters among us.

Give Tikka Craze a try and let us know what you think. I for one can’t wait to get some more Butter Chicken in my life.  Check out their website for the menu
